Here are the rules of the trade forum. Each rule will have different values. The higher the value of the rule that you break, the higher your warning meter will be (up to a perm ban).
If you break a single rule more than once, the consequences will increase.

Level 1 (no ban - 3 day ban):
~No cursing (at least try not to)
~No porn, nudity, or anything else of the sort
*****Do not post in the wrong section*****
Level 2 (1 day ban - 7 day ban):
~Imitating another player in a trade
~Repeated breaking of Level 1 rules
Level 3 (3 day ban - Perm Ban):
~No scamming. If you scam once, you are getting a perm ban.
~No selling items for IRL cash/money*
~No spamming the forum. Each time you spam, your ban will extend by double what it was before
